Mahitaji
Unga wa ngano kikombe 1na1/2 (kama robo hivi)

Sukari 1/4 kikombe

Baking powder 1/2 kijiko cha chai

Magadi soda (bicarbonate soda/baking soda) 1 kijiko cha chai

Mafuta 2 vijiko vya chai

Mafuta ya kukaangia

Maji ya uvuguvugu kiasi

Matayarisho
Changanya unga na vitu vyote (kasoro mafuta ya kuchomea) kisha ukande (hakikisha unakuwa mgumu) Baada ya hapo sukuma na ukate shape uipendayo (hakikisha unakata vipande vinene kiasi na sio kama mandazi) Baada ya hapo ziweke sehemu yenye joto na uache ziumuke. Zikisha umuka zikaange katika moto mdogo ili ziive mpaka ndani. Zikisha iva zitoe na uziweke katika kitchen towel ili zichuje mafuta. Ziache zipoe na hapo zitakuwa tayari kwa kuliwa.

1.Hakikisha unatumia vipimo sahihi bila kusahau bicarbonate of soda(baking soda) hiki ndicho kiungo muhimu ktk half cake na baking powder...(hamira SI lazima kuweka kwa half cake za kula tu...labda ziwe za biashara)

2.Unga wako unapokanda uwe mgumu hata kidole kishindwe kupenya kwenye unga
Hauhitaji kuikanda sana kama maandazi ukishashikana tu inatosha.

3.Weka half keki zako kwenye mafuta kabla hayajapata moto.

4.Poza mafuta yako kila baada ya mpiko mmoja.(unaeza kuepua ili yapoe chini...au ukaongeza mafuta ya baridi jikoni )

How to cook half cake


Requirements
Wheat flour 1 and 1/2 cups (about a quarter)

Sugar 1/4 cup

Baking powder 1/2 teaspoon

Magadi soda (bicarbonate soda/baking soda) 
1 teaspoon

Oil 2 teaspoons

Frying oil

Relatively lukewarm water

Preparation
Mix the flour and all the ingredients (minus 
the cooking oil) then knead it (make sure it's 
hard) After that push and cut the shape you 
like (make sure you cut thick pieces and not 
like mandari) After that put them in a warm 
place and let them dry. Bring them to a boil 
and fry them in a small fire so that they are 
cooked inside. After cooking, take them out 
and put them in a kitchen towel to filter the
 oil. Let them cool and then they will be 
ready to eat.

Kisha mimina ubuyu wa kokwa na changanya vizuri kabisa katika rojo. Endelea kupika vizuri kama dakika 2 hivi. Kisha mimina unga wa ubuyu na changanya vizuri tena....
